  • First selection without visual bias
    Our recruiters, who are visually impaired, do the first interviews. This way, we focus on talent, potential, and motivation – without being distracted by unconscious bias.
  • In-Person Meeting & Reference Check
    After a successful online screening, there is a personal meeting and, if wanted, a reference check.
  • Presenting the Best Candidates
    You receive an objective presentation of the best candidates. You choose who you want to talk to next.
  • Online Interview & In-Depth Screening
    Selected candidates have a second interview, including a personality test. This gives us a full picture of their qualities and how well they fit your company.
